”As athletes, we’re always going to have aches and pains, but when your teammates cheer you on, you don’t think about it.”

From my own experience, training in a group seems to have such a huge positive impact in every aspect of my life.

We inspire and motivate each other out through actions and positive feedback. ⠀

Sometimes, it’s hard getting up at 5 a.m. to run, swim, or bike especially when the weather is not in our favor. But knowing that a buddy is waiting for you, gives me the extra motivation to climb out of bed.

When I run with others, I tend to give more effort. I get caught up in the pace, and I might not recognize how fast I am going.

I learn more about how other people train and what they’re doing, and it can inspire me to do something different.

It opens up my mind to trying new distances, races, or types of workouts.

And the best part is to receive free insights and tips from professional athletes, who love what they do and are eager to share their experiences with you. Why? Because they understand that if you become successful, you can help others become successful as well.
